1、Senior Hardware R & D Engineer 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hardware design, development, debugging and optimization during product development;

• Responsible for component recognition and preparation of relevant technical documents;

• Prepare or coordinate product production test and maintenance guidance technical documents, BOM documents, etc;

• Responsible for R & D prototype production and commissioning, customer prototype test optimization, production and after-sales technical service;

• Be responsible for some training of the Department;

• Regularly report and communicate work progress and problems to the department head.

• Handle wireless modem/module board hardware designs and applications support

• Perform key component and sub-system evaluation, selection and recommendation

• Design For Manufacturability (DFM) performance optimization

• Type approval related compliance testing

• Production test software development and optimization

Requirements:

• Masters/ Bachelor degree/Diploma in Wireless Telecommunications or communication；

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in communication modem/module board designs on PCB level, Or working experience in hardware development and design of electronic products,

• Have the whole process experience from project approval to production import, import production, prepare production guidance documents, and guide mass production

• Solid basic knowledge and skills in digital, analog electronics and circuit analysis;

• Be proficient in using OrCAD, cadence and other software, and have strong hardware analysis and debugging ability;

• According to product specification requirements, be able to independently complete component selection, schematic design and optimization, PCB layout independent design or follow-up guidance;

• Can independently complete circuit board debugging, software and hardware joint debugging, testing, improvement and optimization;

• Selection of components, including performance and cost evaluation, and maintain close communication with suppliers at the scheme level;

• Familiar with the chip performance of existing power IC manufacturers, independent hardware debugging and strong welding ability;

• Can be independent and proficient in principle design, layout, familiar with the routing rules of common lines such as differential line, equal length line and DDR bus

• Familiar with manufacturing process and SMT;

• Good communication, reading and writing skills in Chinese and English; Strong sense of teamwork.

2、Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Analyse new requirements and features in Internet of Things (IoT) gateway and devices
• Propose and Produce wireless software feature design
• Implementation, debug and unit testing of features, enhancements and fixes
• Participate in peer design reviews and code inspections
Requirements:
• Masters/Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in C/C++ software programming on Linux or other RTOS platforms
• Strong C/C++, object oriented design techniques, multi-threaded application programming skill
• Experience with Python and/or Lua is a plus
• Working knowledge of IP Networking and wireless standard protocol 802.11.xx devices
• Working knowledge of embedded real-time software on demonstrable RTOS platforms
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Able to handle complex tasks with high level direction

3、Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, packaging and promotion of solutions for smart home appliances, IOT, IOV and

related products;

• Be responsible for market competition analysis of products developed by the company, master competitor

information, formulate targeted competition strategies, and ensure project success, market share and advantages;

• Assist the sales department to complete customer communication, understand customer needs, identify customer

pain points related to products, and formulate targeted strategies and plans to meet customer needs and achieve

product sales growth;

• Be responsible for the construction of model points of new products / solutions and other related work, and output

successful cases;

• Submit product planning suggestions according to customer and market needs;

• Participate in key customer relationship development, project operation and business negotiation.

• Follow up new customers independently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above (diploma, degree certificate, CET-4 or above), major in communication, computer,

electronic information, optoelectronics and so on;

• Have relevant technical knowledge of consumer electronics, communication electronics, Internet of things and

automotive products; Having certain network resources is better;

• Strong achievement orientation, interpersonal understanding and communication skills.

• Familiar with TPMS, BMS, smart home appliances, remote control toys, mobile medicine and smart lock industry

is preferred.

•  Familiar with ble and WiFi data module industry is preferred.

4、Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, product promotion and management of the company's smart home appliances, automobiles and IOT/IOV related products;

• Deeply understand the company's products, formulate executable product circuit diagrams and product prototypes, determine the product direction with the company's management, and put forward constructive innovation project proposals;

• Study the competitors and market development of the product market; Understand customer needs and conduct product demand analysis, design product interface interaction prototype and optimize interaction design experience;

• Responsible for complete product life cycle management, including market analysis, demand collection, version planning, design and R & D, sales and user analysis;

• Coordinate technical developers, track product development progress, complete product development, testing, version management, review and release, product launch and other related work;

• Be responsible for cross departmental coordination and communication, organize demand demonstration and product design review, and ensure the smooth progress of product development;

• Track the sales market effect and user feedback of products, actively collect and tap improvement needs, continuously improve products and improve user experience according to business needs.

• Collect and analyze similar competitive products at home and abroad, provide basis for the development and improvement of new and old products, formulate and review improvement plans, and find the best market access environment and business model for new products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in computer and electronic engineering, more than 3-5 years working experience in intelligent product design and development, ble / WiFi product experience is preferred;

• Experience in the whole process from demand analysis to product release, able to independently design products and promote customer market;

• Be able to lead product life cycle management; Be able to lead the team to develop products and market promotion independently;

• Good product planning, product prototype design ability and product sales market analysis ability;

• Be proactive, serious and responsible for work, keep improving products, excellent communication and coordination skills, and be able to work under pressure;
